The CompMed Partnership Return - to-Work program incorporates a time tested case management function managed by a staff of professionals with a demonstrated extremely effective track record at managing the delivery of healthcare to injured workers where employee outcomes and cost reductions are maximized.

The CompMed Partnership offers RTW in a comprehensive program which not only involves comprehensive case management but also includes job function analysis, safety reviews and which requires participation by the employer in offering a light duty component. CMA Partnership also coordinates with clients claims examination staff so that required medical treatment is obtained as timely as possible which is critical to the effectiveness of the program.

This program can be offered on a risk sharing basis or priced traditionally using hourly or case based rates. For clients not capable of investing in or not interested in the comprehensive program CMA Partnership offers traditional case management through telephonic or on-site processing.
